  2. 1 TBSP. whole cloves
  3. 3 cups apricot marmalade or preserves

  6. pinch or two of kosher salt

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees...
Trim away rough rind and excess fat...
Place ham in roasting pan meat side down and score making crosshatchs...
Make dipping SAUCE and glaze by combining mustard, sugar and apricot mixing well and add a pinch or two of salt to taste...

Remove ham and stick cloves into where crosshatches meet...
Increase oven temp. to 350 degrees...

Brush entire ham with SAUCE...
Return to oven...
Brush a few more times during next 1/2 hour or so...you'll have plenty left to DIP!!!!....
Cook till instant meat thermometer reads:
130 degrees (about 1/2 to 1 hour...)
Remove from oven and let ham rest for about 1/2 hour...ok, cheat a bit and cut a few pieces now and dip in the SAUCE...YUMMMMMMMEEEEE

Carve pieces off and place on plate and drizzle SAUCE over it all or just place a serrated knife in meat and let everyone cut and pick...
Make sure to dip in SAUCE!!!!!...(It's the secret to it's success)...
Continue to devour next day (if any is left) after wrapping in foil and storing in fridge...
Keep dipping in chilled SAUCE!!!.....
